Why buying help yields savings

The services of an executive recruiter appear costly. Typically, you will pay from 30 to 35 percent of a hiree's first-year compensation
plus expenses, for each hire you make with professional assistance. Please note that AMSCO Executive Recruitmenrt fee is only 18 % .
\
The best way to view this expenditure is in contrast to the cost of  a bad hire. When an incompetent new employee makes bad
decisions, hundreds of thousands -- even millions -- of dollars may be lost. The employee will have to be replaced (and the cost may become damaging). Companies engage executive search firms to ensure that such trauma and expense are kept to a minimum.

In house personnel departments tend to be limited in their insider contacts. Their leads are often exhausted long before an          appropriate hire can be made. The costs involved in preparing and executing an advertising campaign, screening and qualifying candidates -- and in operating without the needed employee for an extended length of time -- make the services of an executive
search firm justifiable, even profitable. The alternative can be an expensive, time-consuming effort which leads to a hire from an inadequate pool of candidates.

It is common knowledge that the best executives are usually  employed at the time of your search. They have little time to read
or respond to nebulous, generic advertisements, and they know  that responding to such ads can be risky. They would rather be approached discreetly by someone who knows of their reputation,
knows the art of recruiting, and can handle the hiring process professionally and confidentially.

If you lack a needed executive, you cannot fully respond to business needs and opportunities. When you factor this cost into
the cost of mounting a search with your in-house department, using  the specialized and time-efficient services of an executive search firm makes good economic sense. And it frees you to do what you do best instead of what you must do under duress.

Although individual searches sometimes require additional components, the process generally follows the same pattern. AMSCO Ecutive Recruitment will:
  • Contact clients to obtain a clear understanding of the position, culture, mandate, and requirements for successful performance.
  • Using the collected input, and the Client Inquiry Form develop a detailed qualification description and obtain agreement on the selection criteria.Comprehensive details of the job title, role and responsibilities will be taken down on the Client Inquiry Form and essential preferred experience and skills required from the candidate will be noted as well to enable them to perform successfully
  • Work with the client to develop an effective selection process, including time frames.
  • If required place and handle responses from confidential advertisements
  • We will use the information already taken to pre select candidates that meet your requirements. Your designated coordinator will achieve this by sorting through their database of candidates and make direct contact with suitable executives from our extensive database and resume files.
  • Identify and contact candidates.
  • Screen candidates from all sources, interview the most appropriate, prepare a shortlist, provide the client with the candidates' backgrounds and interview impressions.
  • As part of our service to our candidates and clients we ensure that all our candidates are fully informed of their responsibility, duties and client expectations, we do this so that AMSCO  Executive Recruitment personnel cause absolute minimal disruption to our clients business
  • Check finalists' references and submit written reports.
  • Conduct management assessments of finalists and present reports.
Throughout the process, AMSCO Executive Recruitmemt assumes overall management of the search, working closely with the client. Regular update reports ensure all parties are kept involved and current at all times. The end result is a successful and timely conclusion, with a high-quality candidate.
